Last week, Flemish Minister-President Jan Jambon launched Athumi in the presence of 300 company leaders and professionals. Guess who was there too?
We were! As one of the 10 strategic partners of Athumi, we’re happy to support our joint mission of data protection and data re-use. Our highlight of the launch was the demonstration of the first live public-private use case of the Flemish Government and Randstad where we played a big role. What that means, you’ll find out later in this email…
… But first, read more about connecting to Athumi using our Solid connector. We are more than ready to connect more companies like Randstad to the ecosystem to safely share data.
Use case: How Randstad prioritizes a smooth digital experience
As a leading HR service provider, Randstad Group Belgium pioneered its first live use case using the Flemish data vaults. It allows their applicants to easily re-use diploma data in a secure and safe way. The best part? Our use.id product has enabled the use of the Flemish data vaults!
“Data security and data minimisation are crucial to us. This collaboration enables applicants to get control over what happens to their data in a safe and easy way,” said Vivian Roks, innovation lead at Randstad Group Belgium.
We’re happy to announce that we raised 1 million euros in a funding round led by LeanSquare and finance.brussels. We will use this funding to expand our activities and customer base beyond Belgium.
The past years, we’ve learned a lot and we were able to gather best practices. Now, we’re committed to making the move from R&D and consulting to a full-fledged product, with plans to roll out use.id across Europe. Soon, Solid will be used for data sharing in the whole of Europe - and use.id will make it happen.
